Refund Policy

At Sleep Safe, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@sleepsafe.pk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
