At Sleep Safe, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be sealed (unopened) and must be returned at the time of delivery. We do not accept returns after the delivery has been completed and  accepted.

How to Return

If you wish to return a product, please inform the delivery rider at the time of delivery. Do not accept or open the package if you intend to return it. Once the package has been opened, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Refund Process

Once the sealed product is returned during delivery, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products returned after delivery has been completed
• Items damaged due to misuse
