Sleep Safe delivers nationwide across Pakistan. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 business days
• Other major cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our homepage for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your delivery through our courier partner's website.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
